Share Placement
My Rewards International Limited (ASX: MRI) (the "Company") announces a placement to raise $550,000 through the issue of 11,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at an issue price of $0.05 per Share to institutional and sophisticated investors (“Placement”).
Shares under the Placement are expected to be issued on Monday 5 September 2022, with quotation and trading of the Shares issued under the Placement scheduled to commence on Tuesday 6 September 2022. The Shares will be issued under the Company’s Listing Rule 7.1 placement capacity.
The Company is not paying consideration to a broker in connection with the placement.
