Epsilon Healthcare (ASX: EPN): New Manager for Epsilon's Cannabis Operations
Epsilon Healthcare Limited (ASX: EPN) (Epsilon or the Company) is pleased to advise that the Company has appointed Edward Jones as the Divisional Manager of Cannabis Operations to manage the Company’s cannabis producing assets – THC Pharma and Canndeo.
Edward has previously led significant medicinal cannabis projects in Australia including being appointed the Project Lead on the Valens Australia Project with Cannvalate where he assisted in the development of Valens (TSX: VLNS) presence in Australia. Prior to that project, Edward was the General Manager of Canopy Farms (Australia), leading the Australian operations of Canopy Growth Corporation (TSX: WEED), one of the world’s largest cannabis companies.
His past experience also includes quality and project management at PharmOut, a professional GMP consultancy business, and senior quality systems roles at CSL (ASX: CSL), one of world’s largest biotechnology businesses.
At Epsilon, Edward’s role will focus on the Company’s Southport Facility (THC Pharma), the largest cannabis extraction facility in the Southern Hemisphere, where the Company is looking to significantly scale up its level of operations and pivot towards toll and contract manufacturing.

As part of a broader restructuring of the Company’s operational structure, the Company notes that the role of Chief Operating Officer of THC Pharma, a role held by Angela Macquire, was made redundant.
