KingWest Resources is a junior mining company focused on gold exploration in highly prospective regions of Western Australia. The company listed on the ASX in August of 2018, with Barclay Pearce Capital acting as corporate and legal advisor. KWR recently completed the sale of its non-core assets for a total consideration of $2.1 million AUD, which will allow the business to focus on their promising Menzies and Goongarrie tenements. KWR has maintained a strong cash position of $2.8 million as of June 2020. The company has total assets of $17.8 million, and liabilities of $4.7 million. KingWest has a price/book value of 1.40, and financial leverage of 1.36. Investment analyst, Ethan Perrett, recently completed a thorough analysis of KWR assets, and determined the stock presents considerable upside for investors. iSentric is a cutting-edge SaaS company that is currently focused on the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) industry. The company has developed mobile banking and digital payment platforms, which allow it to respond to strong consumer demand. iSentric reported operating revenues of $6.5 million in FY20, from total assets of $4.7 million. BPC recently conducted a share purchase plan for ICU, raising the company over $2 million AUD. Prior to this, BPC raised the company $1.1 million through the issue of convertible notes, at an offer price of $0.0158. ICU currently trades at ~$0.16, meaning that our investors have experienced significant upside. ICU was recently featured in an article on Stockhead.
