BPC as joint lead manager with Sanlam Private Wealth is pleased to announce that we have raised $3,055,050 via an on-market placement for Ark Mines (ASX:AHK). The Placement was oversubscribed and well-supported by new and existing shareholders.
Ark Mines is now well-funded to expedite the rare earths exploration program at Sandy Mitchell. Funds raised from the Placement will focus on accelerating rare earths exploration work at the Company’s 100% owned Sandy Mitchell Project.
