Beacon Lighting Group Limited operates as a specialist retailer of lighting products in Australia and internationally. The company serves the middle to upper residential lighting market, with their product range including pendants, ceiling fans, chandeliers and exteriors. The company operates through a network of 106 stores, 4 franchised stores and 4 commercial sales offices. They also offer their products online.
Beacon Lighting Group recently announced a trading update showing:
- Group Sales have increased by 24.4% and
- Underlying NPAT (excluding Melbourne stores) has increased to $8.4M from $2.2M in Q1FY20.
EML Payments Limited (ASX: EML)
EML Payments provides payment card technology solutions. The Company offers prepaid disbursements and funding card programs for gaming payouts, government disbursements, healthcare reimbursements and commission payouts. EML Payments serves customers on a global scale. EML recently announced their quarterly FY21 results showing:
- Revenue has increased from PCP by 75% to $40.6M from $23.2M, and 20% from prior quarter $33.9M and
- EBITDA announced at $10M, reflecting a 215% increase from PCP and 69% from prior quarter Q4FY20's $6M.
Resources & Energy Group Limited (ASX: REZ)
A gold explorer, developer and producer with projects in Western Australia and Queensland. East Menzies is their flagship project that consists of 50 tenements, across an area of 103km2, located in North Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.
Gigante Grande is one of a number of prospects acquired by REZ in late 2018 through its acquisition of Menzies Goldfield Limited.
- On the 20th of Oct, REZ announced the discovery of a new high-grade zone of gold mineralisation at Gigante Grande prospect.
- Drilling results give added weight to the prospect that Gigante Grande hosts a very large mineralised gold system.
